Paycools Hong Kong Limited. (“PayCools”) is a payment services group looking to expand its presence across Southeast Asia and Latin America.

At present, we focus one carrying out payment license application and payment business in Southeast Asia four countries , particularly in Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia ,Thailand. Among which we have obtained the license: OPS license in the Philippines, MAS license in Malaysia; On Processing: PJP2 licence in Indonesia, EMIS licence in Malaysia, PF/PB licence in Thailand.

All the core team members have over 15 years overseas study and work experience in the banking and payments industries. Their work experience include Alipay/China UnionPay/ VISTRA China /TATA GROUP, experienced in risk control/settlement/product design and operation. Who hope to be able to bring over their insights and experiences to the Southeast Asia payments market.
